Our gastronomic experience
He began his culinary career training at the Escuela de Cocina de Sabadell and the Escuela de Hostelería y Turismo Joviat de Manresa, where he stood out as the best student in his class. He has gained experience in various gastronomic establishments throughout Spain. Since 2011, he has run the kitchen of the Hotel Balneario Vichy Catalán. In 2013, he co-wrote the book ‘La cocina de los carteles modernistas’ with Carles Gaig, and promotes thermal cuisine with Vichy Catalán water through his YouTube channel. He has also collaborated on radio programmes such as La tarda (Radio Sabadell) and Deixa'm tastar (Cadena Ser).
Our cuisine, led by chef David Heras, focuses on fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients to create dishes full of flavour, colour and texture. Vichy Catalan thermal water is incorporated into selected recipes, adding a distinctive character and reinforcing the identity of our culinary offering.
Inspired by the Mediterranean diet, our cuisine combines tradition and creativity through a balanced daily menu, a carefully crafted gastronomic menu and a varied selection of tapas. An experience designed to enjoy local cuisine in a unique setting.

Its daily menus reinterpret regional cuisine in line with the principles of the Mediterranean diet, while the tasting menu is designed for those seeking a more complete gastronomic experience. The offering is complemented by a carefully selected range of wines from renowned wineries.
